  1. Change the way you think about food……..eat to live not live to eat!
  2. NEVER drink calories!!!! Soda and juice are full of sugar!!!!
  3. Limit the Carbs——-bread, pasta, potatoes etc.
    • Stay away from premade boxed/packaged foods……worst ever high in carb and sodium—–low in vital nutrients!!!!! Big weight loss stopper!!!
    • Avoid packaged foods “Low Fat” or “No Fat” usually loaded with sugar!!!
  1. Eat 4 – 6 small meals a day.
  2. Drink at least 64 ounces of water a day.
  3. Exercise, move your body……..any amount of exercise is good.
  4. Focus on one change at a time.
  5. Do not measure your success with the scale …..get out a pair of jeans or any article of clothing you cannot wear anymore and try them once a week!
  6. Make these your goals!
