The Healthy Business Challenge (HBC) is designed to support businesses/organizations to develop or enhance their wellness programs/plans, implement activities, empower employees to make informed decisions about their health and create an environment conducive for healthy changes within the organizations and workplaces.

Why Workplace Wellness?

On average, adults spend at least one third of their life at work. The 2016 St. Kitts and Nevis Labour Force Survey indicated that 74.9% of adults make up our working population with an average of 40 working hours per week. Therefore, the workplace an ideal environment to promote the health and wellbeing of the adult population and may provide many benefits that contribute to your organization’s overall success.
