The SKN Moves Pillars
The three pillars of SKN Moves – Healthy Eating, Physical Activity, and Regular Health Checks – form the foundation of a holistic approach to health and well-being. Healthy Eating focuses on nutritious diets to prevent and manage chronic diseases. Physical Activity encourages an active lifestyle to boost fitness and mental health. Regular Health Checks emphasize the importance of early detection and management of health conditions. Together, these pillars support a comprehensive strategy to enhance the overall health and quality of life of the St. Kitts and Nevis population.

Talk to your doctor about what screenings you need and when you should have them. Different screenings may be recommended depending on your age, sex, family history, and if you have risk factors for certain diseases.
